History

Malolos Resort Club Royale was established since January, 1995. Its just like a simple residence before with a private pool for family use only the owner who is a businessman have a circle of friends by which gave the idea to develop it into a resort, they notice that the place is somewhat far away from the noise and pollution in the city and at the same time can offer anyone to use at peace. While they're here the idea gave the owner a careful study regarding that matter, until he finally decided to open it for business. Their family and friends form a club by which each member stand as a share holder. While the owner himself serve as the president. That's the reason why they name it after the club, "The Malolos Resort Club Royale."

The Owner and Developer

Owned and operated by CPK-MBB Group of Companies, a veteran in paint business industry. But also venture in Real Estate business which endeavor in build, sell and leasing.

Location

The resort is located at #29 Fausta Subdivision, Barangay Mabolo. Nearly at the heart of Malolos City, here in Bulacan. It is a stone throw away to the historic Barasoain Church, known to be as the venue of the first Philippine Congress. Just a few minutes drive from the Metropolis (Apprx. 50 mins) will take you away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

How to get there

Anyone may choose to take either one of two routes, you may pass through North Super hi-way or Mc-Arthur hi-way. There are buses going straight to Malolos from Manila daily. Upon arrival from the airport (NAIA) or (MDA), if you're coming from out of the country or from other places in the Philippines, it will take you one and a half hours commute from there to get to Malolos Resort Club Royale.
